Once you set up your account you will have the ability to choose your pick up day and time as well as how often you’d like us to come. Should you need an additional pick up, simply log onto your account or call us.
No need to be home we will supply you with a laundry bag that you can leave with anyone in your rental property. You can instruct us on where we can pick the bag up from (front or back porch, office, garage etc.)

No-Show Policy
To help us keep pickup and delivery times reliable for all customers, a $20 no-show fee may apply when a scheduled pickup or delivery is missed without at least 2 hours’ notice.
